Located in the Hyatt Regency New Orleans Hotel in Downtown New Orleans, the Health & Fitness Expo features exhibitors showcasing the latest in running apparel, shoes, exercise equipment, nutritional and wellness products, fitness services, and much more. Plan ahead! We have speakers, cooking demonstrations and fitness classes happening every hour at the Expo.

Parking
There will be discounted parking for CCC participants at: 1301 Girod Street garage - $5 for up to 2 hours or $8 for 2-6 hours
1200 Poydras Street garage (Dave & Busters) - $5 for 30 minutes
*Please present bib number upon exiting to receive the discounted rate!
*Please note that the Hyatt provides VALET parking only, at standard rates.

Only a limited number of booths are available and reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis through the platform Event Hub. The Crescent City Classic reserves the right to decline exhibit requests. Please email expo@ccc10k.com for more info.

Over the years, the Health & Fitness Expo has grown to become the fun and energetic atmosphere we enjoy today, where participants can register for the race, pick up their commemorative t-shirts and other items, and enjoy all of the various exhibits, shopping, and presentations that go on during the entire two days. The Health & Fitness Expo provides your business the opportunity to directly interact with over 20,000 participants and their families and friends from New Orleans and its surrounding areas, as well as elite runners from all over the globe, giving you the opportunity to introduce your business to new potential customers while strengthening connections with existing customers.
Packet Pick Up
To pick up your race t-shirt:
Pick up your bib number first, so our volunteers can tear off and collect the t-shirt claim tab on your bib. If you had your bib number mailed to you before the Expo, you MUST BRING YOUR BIB NUMBER with you to the Expo, so that we can collect your t-shirt tab.
Race t-shirts can also be picked up on Race Day, after you complete the race at the Michelob Ultra RaceFest in City Park.
To pick up your Commemorative Print:
Please bring your registration confirmation email, showing your order and that you purchased a print when registering, and pick up your poster from the CCC poster booth at the Expo. These will not be available for pickup at the RaceFest or anywhere on race day. All posters that are not picked up will be held at the CCC office for post-race pickup.
If you pre-ordered RaceFest Passes:
Please bring your registration confirmation email, showing your order and that you purchased additional RaceFest Passes when registering, and pick up at Registration counters at the Expo. All passes that are not picked up at the Expo, will be held at the door of the Festival.
To pick up your bib number:
Please bring a photo I.D. or your registration confirmation email
To pick up someone else's bib number:
You must bring a photocopy of their I.D. or their registration confirmation email
FAQ's
What do I need to bring with me to the Expo in order to pick up my bib number, T-shirt, or poster?
You should bring proof of your registration confirmation. In order to pick up your t-shirt, you must have your bib number with you (there is a t-shirt claim tab on the bib that must be taken in exchange for your shirt), so if you had your number mailed to you, you MUST bring this with you to the Expo to receive your race t-shirt. To pick up your poster, please have confirmation that you ordered one.
Can a friend pick up my bib number?
If you cannot make it to the Expo, you can have a friend pick up your bib number and t-shirt for you. Please just provide them with a photocopy of your I.D. or your email confirmation for the event. THERE IS NO OPTION TO PICK UP YOUR BIB NUMBER ON RACE MORNING, so please make sure that someone is available to come to the Expo on the Thursday or Friday before Race Day, so you can participate.
Can I pick up my t-shirt while I am at the Expo?
YES! The Expo is the recommended place for t-shirt pickup, as we cannot guarantee that we will have your size on Race Day. Remember, you MUST have your bib number with you in order to pick up your t-shirt. NO EXCEPTIONS!
