The St. Patrick's Day Classic
Run down Metairie Road before the annual St. Patrick's Day Parade, and don't miss your ONLY chance to qualify for the Crescent City Classic 10k at the 2-mile distance.
The race begins at 10:00 am outside Gennaro's bar on Metairie Rd. at N. Causeway. The 2-mile course will proceed down the parade route on Metairie Rd. finishing at Frisco, just before the train tracks and Winston's Pub & Patio, where the post-race party will take place!

The St. Patrick's Day Classic course begins on Metairie Road, outside of Gennaro's bar at N. Causeway (3200 Metairie Rd.), proceeds down Metairie Rd. to Frisco, and finishes just before the train tracks and Winston's Pub & Patio (531 Metairie Rd.), where the post-race party is held.
Parking is first-come, first-served street parking. We suggest that you arrive early or arrange to be dropped off near the start, as parking along the parade route can be tricky.
When registering for the Crescent City Classic 10k, please just list "St. Patrick's Day Classic" as your qualifying race (and we can confirm).
Participants are invited to attend a post-race party after the race, held at Winston's Pub & Patio. Michelob Ultra beer, Blue Runner Foods and special drink specials will be provided for race participants at the post-race party. Don't forget your money! Tasc Performance will be selling special limited-edition St. Patrick's Day Classic merchandise!
The time and place for all finishers will be recorded. Overall awards will be given to the top male and female finishers in the open division.

What is the course like?
The 2-mile race begins at 10:00 am outside of Gennaro's Bar on Metairie Rd. Race Day number pick up will begin at 8:30 am inside Gennaro's bar. The race ends on Metairie Rd. at Frisco, and the post-race party will be held at Winston's Pub & Patio!
Where do I pick up my race t-shirt?
Commemorative race shirts will be given to ALL race participants at the end of the race or during Early Number Pick up.
How do I pickup my bib number?
All runners will receive a Bib Number on Race Day. Each bib number will have a timing chip attached to the back - DO NOT REMOVE.

Are walkers and strollers welcome?
Absolutely! Just please be courteous to our runners and line up near the back on Race Day.
How do I qualify for the CCC10k?
Participants must complete the St. Patricks Day Classic in under 14 minutes to qualify for that year's CCC10k.
"A" Group.... 10:50 min (35:00 10k)
"B" Group.... 12:25 min (40:00 10k)
"C" Group.... 14:00 min (45:00 10k)
"D" Group.... 16:00 min (55:00 10k)
